How do I access my files after purchase?
Immediately after your payment is processed securely via Payhip, you will be redirected to a download page. You will also receive an email containing a secure link to download your entire bundle. You have lifetime access to this link.
Are these files safe for commercial use?
Yes! Every bundle you purchase includes a standard commercial license. This means you are completely free to use our designs to create physical products that you sell on platforms like Etsy, Shopify, or at local craft fairs. (Note: You may not resell the raw digital files themselves).
I didn’t receive my download email. What should I do?
First, please check your spam or promotions folder, as digital delivery emails occasionally get filtered there. If you still can’t find it, simply send us an email through our Contact page with your order number, and we will manually resend your access link within 24 hours.
Do I need special software to open the bundles?
Because our bundles are massive, they are delivered in standard ZIP folders. You can extract them natively on any Windows or Mac computer. Inside, the files are in standard industry formats (e.g., .STL for 3D printing, .PDF for patterns, etc.) compatible with all major software.
